"Will my membership automatically renew on my expiration date? If not, now do I renew?
Members will be notified via email in advance of their expiration date, with a reminder to renew via PayPal. Automatic renewal is available as a purchase option upon joining/renewing. You will need to select the "Subscription" option prior to completing your payment - no accounts will be automatically renewed without your knowledge or authorization. Your payment method (credit card expiration, for example) must be up-to-date on Paypal in order for automatic renewal transactions to be completed successfully.

You may verify your current membership renewal/expiration date at any time by visiting your Profile Page.

I lost my username and/or password. How do I obtain another?
If you have lost your user name or password, you may obtain a new one on our web site. You must ensure that you have a valid email address entered into the system in order to receive the email reminder that will be sent to you. If your email address has changed since your last visit, please contact us for assistance.

Can I pay by credit card, or do I have to use PayPal?
All transactions for ticketing and memberships will be handled through our PayPal account. Paypal enables you to purchase by credit card or electronic check with complete confidence that your private information remains private. A Paypal account is not required. However, if you have no means of purchasing your membership this way, please contact us for instructions on how you may obtain membership by money order.

Will I get better seats through the KL Connection than through ticket sales to the general public?
We have reserved what we consider best available seats for KL Connection members. While not everyone will be placed in the first few rows from the stage, we have made every effort to reserve the best available seats.

How are seats assigned and does my membership seniority help me get the best preferred seating?
Seating for tickets purchased directly from the venue or approved ticketing outlet (Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, etc) is assigned at point-of-purchase. Seating for concerts sold directly through our KL Connection web site are assigned by the Seniority System (members who have been in the Kenny Loggins Fan Club the longest - without lapses in annual membership - will receive the closest seats).  We also allocate a select number of our best seats for new & returning members through a random drawing system.

How many tickets can I request?
Two tickets per membership, per show. This is done at the request of the venues.

Will the seats be together if I order two tickets to a concert?
Yes

How do I know where my seats will be?
When reserved seating applies, tickets are generally within the first ten rows. Whenever possible, we will give you the general parameters of the fan club ticket hold at each venue and provide a seating chart; you may also check the venue's web site for seating information. However, we cannot give you the exact row and seat numbers for individual ticket orders placed through our online store until approximately 2 weeks before the concert date.  Seating purchased from venue or ticket outlet (Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, etc) pre-sales are assigned at point-of-purchase.

How do I cancel or change my order?
All ticket sales are final. No cancellations or returns or exchanges.  If you have questions or concerns, please contact us for assistance.

How close to the concert date may I buy preferred seats?
KL Connection Pre-Sales dates are determined by the Tour Promoter/Venues and may take place several months prior to the actual concert date. We advise that you keep an eye on KL Connection email blasts and on our web site for upcoming pre-sale opportunities so you won't miss out! Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis; two tickets per membership per venue. Tickets are held until they are sold out or until a cut-off date determined by the seller.

Where will I pick up my tickets?
Tickets purchased directly from the KL Connection are not sent to you through the mail and are left at Will Call to ensure that only fan members are receiving preferred concert tickets. To pick up tickets purchased through our web site, please bring your confirmation email and photo ID to the Will Call window at the box office of the venue. Tickets are generally available approximately 1.5 hrs before the concert starting time on the night of the show - no earlier.
